How do I roll with advantage or disadvantage?

Use the advantage and disadvantage buttons. Advantage rolls two d20s and keeps the higher result; disadvantage rolls two d20s and keeps the lower one — exactly as in D&D 5e. The breakdown shows both dice so you can see what was rolled.

Can it roll D&D ability scores?

Yes. The "Roll ability scores" button rolls 4d6 and drops the lowest die, six times — the standard method for generating a new character's ability scores. Each line shows the three dice that were kept.

Does it support custom dice notation?

Enter notation like 2d6+3, 1d8, or 3d10-1 in the custom roll field and press Roll. It works for any combination of dice and modifiers, so you can roll damage, healing, or anything your spell or weapon calls for.
