1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using iRolled20, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, you’ll need to step away from the table.

2. What iRolled20 Is

iRolled20 provides tools and features for tabletop gamers, including profiles, forums, messaging, game and event listings, gamification systems, and (when enabled) a digital marketplace.

Features may change, grow, or retire over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

At least 13 years old in the United States
At least 16 years old in the European Union

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

You’re responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure
Providing accurate information

5. User Content

You keep ownership of anything you post.

By submitting content, you grant iRolled20 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the platform.

Post illegal, infringing, or deceptive content
Spam or manipulate features
Scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform
Attempt unauthorized access

Breaking these rules may result in content removal or account termination.

7. Marketplace Terms (When Enabled)

Sellers are responsible for their listings and digital files
Payments are handled by Stripe
Refunds follow platform and Stripe policies
Fraud or abuse may result in removal and account action

8. Intellectual Property

The iRolled20 name, logo, design, and original content belong to iRolled20. Please don’t use them without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

We’re not responsible for third-party websites or services linked or integrated with the platform.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We don’t guarantee uptime, availability, or that everything will always roll a natural 20.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, iRolled20 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time to enforce these Terms or protect the community.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
